has been designed by a respected audio engineering company, with assistance and certification from Lucasfilm, to provide high quality sound to multimedia enthusiasts, an entire market segment that has been all but ignored until recently. I found I like a slight bit of bass on the satellites, but I caution against using too much bass on those unless you are keeping the main volume down.

things I didn't like-No treble control, (have to use computer EQ settings, which may not be ok for different music, videos, etc. This market includes not only computers, but MP3 players, mini-stereos, boom-boxes, video game consoles, and any other products that use a mini-stereo output plug to send an analog sound signal to a sound system. speakers perform well and offer admirable power, but at times, particularly with music, the subwoofer produces undesirable rumble in place of accurate low end. In addition, it seems as though the 7cm mid-bass drivers are not carrying enough of the mid-bass; the sub-woofer seems to handle frequencies higher than it should. Each of these innocent-looking satellite speakers house some pretty heavy artillery when it comes to audio tech. What's surprising to me that this sub is this very compact compared to a lot of Soundbar subwoofers I have tested in the past.

This system delivers exceptional sound quality and excellent sound effects performance that far exceed typical speaker systems included with computers. We will try our best however if we are unable to do this we will still install connect to plumbing and put the appliance in situ. The terms "multimedia" and "personal sound system" usually conjure visions of plastic speakers, exaggerated power output, one-note subwoofers, and overall sound quality rivaling a cheap clock radio. This is my second set of these speakers I've had in over a decade and nothing really compares in my opinion when working properly. It was a little hard for me to tell if it is exactly like the original response, because the original sub amp died slowly over several months, making it hard to make a mental comparison. Fortunately, unlike most computer products, these speakers aren't beige or off-white, they are black. CA1, CA2, CA3, CA4, CA5, CA6, CA7, CA8, CA9, CA10, CA11, CA12, CA13, CA14, CA15, CA16, CA17, CA18, CA19, CA20, CA21, CA22, CA23, CA24, CA25, CA26, CA27, CA28.

If you don’t have space for the subwoofer, Bose Companion 2 Series III have even better mid and treble performance, but nowhere near as much bass as the ProMedia 2. I post them to show you that even at pc vol of 100% you probably won't need to go above ~40% on the amp if you use a 24v ps. If lack of Bluetooth is a dealbreaker for you, Logitech’s Z407 system includes wireless connection and comes with a subwoofer, though the overall sound can’t beat the ProMedia 2. The amp has way more power than the speakers can use, and way more than I usually use even when gaming. The 3D effect was quite impressive for a three-speaker system; it just didn't translate to music well. There was an even response and high dynamics with different genres and styles, from electro to classic opera parties.
