About this deal

The following information was taken from a Kellogg's Just Right cereal box in July 2007, with a box top date of SEP 20 2007 (KCB 014). Wholegrain cereals like bran flakes, malted wheat cereal and wheat biscuits are high in fibre and will also have sugar and salt added to them usually, so avoid adding any more sugar and opt for fruits or berries for sweetness. The wholegrains mean they are high in fibre and so have benefits for your digestion too as well as your heart health. I love cycling to work and when I get some me-time I also love a good shop - most of which is done online these days! If you want to buy a healthy cereal with quality ingredients, just take a look at the ingredient list. If you see a number or a word that looks like a science experiment, chances are it isn’t a natural food and, therefore, it isn’t a quality ingredient so it doesn’t belong in our cereal.
